The registration rates for the Edith and Peter O’Donnell Awards Summit are as follows:
- Summit General Admission: $75
- Optional Add-On: 9/9/26 Dinner and Reception at Franklin Barbecue Backyard: $25
A welcome dinner and reception will be held the evening prior, Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at Franklin Barbecue Backyard (2027 Anchor Lane, Austin, Texas). To attend this optional event, please select the Dinner and Reception at Franklin Barbecue Backyard add-on when registering for the summit.

What is the refund policy?
Please contact TAMEST by email to request a refund. Service and processing fees will be deducted from the final refund amount. The last day to request a refund is Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
For cancellations after September 2, 2026, due to weather or health issues, you may transfer your registration to another person.
If I request a refund, how much is deducted from the final refund amount?
Eventbrite’s service and processing fees are deducted from the final refund amount. The fee structure is listed below:
- Service fee: 3.70% + $1.79 per ticket
- Processing fee: 2.90% per order
Do I need to print my Eventbrite ticket or confirmation email for event check‑in?
No. TAMEST maintains a list of registered attendees, so you do not need to print your Eventbrite ticket or confirmation email to check in at the summit or the optional welcome dinner and reception.
Please bring a valid ID for check‑in.
Will I receive a receipt for registering?
In many cases, the order confirmation email you receive when you register will be enough to prove a purchase. To find it, search your email inbox for an email from “noreply@order.eventbrite.com.” If you need additional information for proof of purchase or your order confirmation email resent, contact TAMEST by email or by phone at (512) 471-3823.
Who qualifies for the Sponsor rate?
Organizations and individuals sponsoring the Edith and Peter O’Donnell Awards Summit qualify for a certain number of complimentary registrations. The number of complimentary registrations is dependent on the sponsorship level. If you are a sponsor for the event, TAMEST staff will contact you with registration instructions. During the registration process, you’ll be asked to list the organization or individual associated with your sponsor registration.
