TAMEST Welcomes New Members to Its Board

On January 7, 2020, TAMEST’s Board of Directors met in Dallas to thank five departing board members for their service to the organization and to welcome five new incoming board members.
The board helps fulfill TAMEST’s mission to bring together the state’s brightest minds in medicine, engineering, science and technology to foster collaboration, and to advance research, innovation and business in Texas. Each board member serves a three-year term.
“Time is a precious commodity for all of us, and we are forever grateful for our wonderful board members who selflessly volunteer their time to help steer and guide our organization,” said TAMEST Board President Amelie G. Ramirez, DrPH (NAM), UT Health San Antonio. “We thank our departing board members for their service and look forward to continuing our work with our newest board members this coming year.”
