2025 Mary Beth Maddox Award and Lectureship Recipient Gerta Hoxhaj, Ph.D., UT Southwestern Medical Center, will present her groundbreaking cancer research on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Dr. Hoxhaj will present her lecture “Metabolic Regulation of Cancer Cell Growth” focusing on nucleotide metabolism and the impact of dietary nucleotides in fueling cancer cell growth.
This lecture is hosted by the Excellence in Immunology Seminar Series at UT Southwestern Medical Center (in partnership with Simmons Cancer Center) at UT Southwestern Medical Center’s T. Boone Pickens Medical Education & Conference Center (NG), NG3.112 Auditorium in Dallas.
Parking Information: Visitor parking will be available for a $5 fee in the parking garage adjacent to the T. Boone Pickens Biomedical Building.
